Leonard Neuhaus is currently the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer at The LandTek Group. Leonard Neuhaus is a strategic and performance focused COO and CFO, having successfully led growing businesses, turn arounds, startup companies, workouts and national roll ups for publicly-held and privately owned entities.

Leonard Neuhaus has been a certified public accountant since 1982, and spent eight years in the practice of public accounting in regional and international firms, including BDO Seidman. Leonard Neuhaus served as a member of the Board of Directors of numerous publicly-traded entities including the Hain Food Group, Inc. (NASDAQ GM: HAIN) and Hauppauge Digital, Inc. (NASDAQ GM: HAUP) and not-for-profit organizations. Mr. Neuhaus has also served as a consultant to Credit Lyonnais (now known as Credit Agricole), Bank of America, Hauppauge Digital, Inc. (NASDAQ GM: HAUP), and others.

Leonard Neuhaus’s involvement with these and other organizations have resulted in increased profitability and shareholder value through organic growth and acquisitions, eight figure cost reductions, systems development and enhancements. He has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, integrations, public and private financings, private equity backed ventures, SEC reporting, budgeting and overall P&L responsibility.

Leonard Neuhaus received a B.A. in Accounting and Information Systems from Queens College in 1980.
